

Months ago since I posted my last recipe. I’ve been soo busy making that “sunog-kilay” thingy sa studies. =)) I soo missed this! :) Simple one for you. :> I’ll make bawi lang. :)

We prefer to buy breast and thigh part of chicken, for bigger fillets. :)

Debone the chicken by removing or separating the meat from the bone. OOPS! Don’t dare to put the bones in trash. It can still be useful, trust me. ;)


Dip the chicken fillet in egg seasoned with salt.

Roll it in bread crumbs then fry until golden brown.

For the sauce:
make a chicken stock using the bones left, season with salt and pepper. After boiling, in a saucepan, pour for about 2 cups of stock, add enough sugar depending on your taste, soy sauce and celery. The few stocks left can also serve as your soup already by heating and adding any vegetables like Petchay or cabbage. :)
